Special Instructions / Tasks Associated with TFACTS Statewide Implementation

• Pre-Implementation Checklist
  The ways information converts from TNKids to TFACTS will have a significant effect on your experience with the new system. Following the tasks outlined in the Pre-Conversion Checklist will help ensure that information makes sense and is manageable for you in TFACTS.
  
  
• Post-Implementation Checklist (New! 09-02-10)
  We need everyone to start using TFACTS quickly after Implementation! Following the tasks outlined in the Post-Conversion Checklist will help identify problems with data converstion, assignments and case membership, and other issues
  
  
• TFACTS Knowledge Base
  •  On your State computer, go to the top of your Internet browser and select
    Favorites > DCS Links > TFACTS > Knowledge Base
  • You can also navigate to the Knowledge Base from TFACTS itself . . .  just click on the little application build number link at the bottom right-hand corner of any screen
