The Tennessee Center for Child Welfare (TCCW) at Middle Tennessee State University, in conjunction with University Partners and other private and community agencies, provides the following services to the Tennessee Department of Children's Services (DCS):

• Administration of the BSW Stipend Program and MSW Tuition Program
• Pre-service and In-service training for DCS supervisory and frontline staff
• On-the-job training/coaching for DCS staff
• Pre-service and In-service training for DCS resource parents
• Child Welfare training for DCS partner agencies and community organizations
• Research, evaluation, and data analysis services
• Technical assistance and organizational support
